Terms of Service

These terms apply to Genie Works, operated by ME3BABE LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 4304, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. By using our forms, booking or content you agree to them.

1. The service. Genie Works offers a free Opportunity Blueprint request and a scheduled call. Any paid work happens only under a separate written agreement.
2. No guarantee of results. The Blueprint and call are guidance based on what you share. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
3. Your information. You confirm that what you share is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle it.
4. Bookings. Please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation. We may reschedule if something comes up on our side.
5. Acceptable use. Don't misuse our forms, booking or systems, for example with spam, false identities or automated submissions.
6. Our content. Blueprints and materials we create are ours unless a written agreement says otherwise. You can use your Blueprint for your own business.
7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the free service.
8. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
9. Governing law. The laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
