What we collect
What you give us: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, the AgentHQ offers you are interested in, and anything you add when you request AgentHQ or book a discovery call. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and form events, to run and improve the service.
Why we use it
- To respond to your AgentHQ request and prepare for your call
- To confirm and remind you of bookings
- To follow up about AgentHQ
- To send you marketing messages, only if you opted in
Messages and consent
We send the messages needed for what you requested. Marketing messages go only to people who opted in. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text, to opt out. We follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run forms, email, texts, scheduling and data storage. They process your information on our behalf and only for these purposes. We don't sell your personal information. Some providers store data outside your country, including in the United States and Canada.
How long we keep it
As long as it's needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing fg@trymyagenthq.com. We reply within 30 days.
