These terms apply to AgentHQ, operated by ME3BABE LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 4304, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. By using our forms, booking or content you agree to them.

  1. The service. AgentHQ provides marketing and operations tools for real estate agents. Any paid plan is governed by the order or agreement you accept at purchase.
  2. No guarantee of results. Templates, tools and guidance support your business; results depend on many factors outside our control. You remain responsible for your own advertising, licensing and brokerage compliance.
  3. Your information. You confirm that what you share is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle it.
  4. Bookings. Please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation. We may reschedule if something comes up on our side.
  5. Acceptable use. Don't misuse our forms, booking or systems, for example with spam, false identities or automated submissions.
  6. Our content. AgentHQ tools, templates and materials are ours. You may use what we provide for your own real estate business while your plan is active.
  7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the free service.
  8. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
  9. Governing law. The laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
